Babina Palaia founded the model agency BIBA Model Management in 1996 and has been its director ever since. She puts her heart and soul into leading her team, loves the contact with clients and models and is passionate in bringing new ideas. Mia Augsburger is the scene expert in front and behind the camera. She is responsible for scouting, development, bookings as well as all creative tasks.
Luisa Fehr and Tina Vrbat leads the print division and supports the agency in talent coordination.
