BIBA Model Management is one of the largest Swiss Model agencies. In addition to National and International models, they also provide representation for commercials, actors, kids, families and couples.
Babina Palaia founded the model agency BIBA Model Management in 1996 and has been its director ever since. She puts her heart and soul into leading her team, loves the contact with clients and models and is passionate in bringing new ideas. Mia Augsburger is the scene expert in front and behind the camera. She is responsible for scouting, development, bookings as well as all creative tasks.
Luisa Fehr leads the print division and supports the agency in talent coordination. Fabia Riz is the newest team member. She supports BIBA with bookings and brings a high level of enthusiasm and new ideas.
Together they discover new talents and help nurture and grow National and International careers. BIBA is a modern and agile agency that is constantly evolving and focuses on high quality and humanity.
